Attended another wedding dinner with my dear dear last night at Conrad Hotel. It's my dear dear's ex colleague's wedding dinner. Did took some photos but was kinda late by the time we reached home. That also means there won't be any photos in this post lah. It was an eye-opening experience for me last night. The newly-wed couple went through a lot of hard work and preparation for their wedding. Let me roughly summarise abit on the "extras" for this wedding dinner.

Firstly, a photographer with a poloraid camera will take a photo of you at the entrance. He will paste the poloraid on a sketch book. Silver and gold coloured markers can be used to write words of wishes and blessings for the newly-wed couple by the side of the poloraid. This little album is for the couple to remember that you have taken time to attend their wedding and received your written blessings. The jie-meis did a very good job by showing the guests to their tables.

Before the dinner commence, a short video was played with the couples' photos and solemnisation ceremony. Another short video clip of the morning's events when the couple were preparing for the wedding was also shown. The jie-meis were quite tough when they refused to open the door for the bridegroom because the ang bao not big enough. Haha... The bridegroom and his brothers were "terkan" by the jie-meis too. How they were "terkan"? They were asked to blow heart-shaped condoms lor. Damn idea sial. After that, they were asked to use their butts to write the name of the bride. Wah, these kind of jie-meis really power. I am sure during Noelle's wedding, her husband Jeff also will dio "terkan" by us, the DB Bitches. LOL =P There's even 1 entertainment session for the newly-wed. The bride who is a Cantonese was asked to read a script in Hokkien (prepared by the bridegroom's brothers) as the bridegroom is from a Hokkien family. It was really hilarious man~ Overall, it's indeed a very nice experience.

Will try to post the photos tomorrow. That's provided I am not in a lazy mood hor~ Ok lah, it's time to work liao. No Monday blues but feeling sibeh tired. Maybe sleep too much during the weekend. Have a great day ahead everybody! Cheers!
